Log into your Baby Riddle account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging or a secure mailer.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original boutique tags and packaging are included to qualify for a full refund.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
